Transforming opportunities
into impact
A trusted bridge between global capital and local delivery.
Fratres Limited is a strategic advisory and project facilitation company. We support the development and delivery of major strategic projects through investment facilitation, government relations, regulatory engagement and partnership development.
Bangladesh is one of the fastest-growing economies in Asia. It is also one of the most difficult to enter well. The gap between a credible opportunity and a completed project is rarely capital — it is sequencing, relationships and an understanding of how decisions actually get made. That gap is where we work.

A market that rewards those who arrive early and stay.
Bangladesh has moved from a low-income economy to a genuine manufacturing and infrastructure story within a single generation. Graduation from least-developed country status, a young and expanding workforce, and a sustained public commitment to infrastructure have combined to create real, financeable demand.
What has not kept pace is the ease of entry. Approvals sit across multiple authorities, land assembly is complex, and the difference between a project that closes and one that stalls is often relationship depth rather than economics.
Four capabilities, applied together.
Investment Facilitation
We take international capital from initial market assessment through structuring, approvals and deployment — holding the process together across every counterparty it has to touch.
02Government Relations
Structured, transparent engagement with ministries, authorities and regulators — building the institutional relationships that let a project be understood before it is judged.
03Regulatory Engagement
Mapping and navigating the approvals architecture — BIDA, BEZA, PPP Authority, sector regulators — so that sequencing is understood before capital is committed.
04Partnership Development
Identifying, assessing and structuring relationships with local partners, sponsors and operators — including the due diligence that determines whether a partnership should exist at all.

Fratres means brothers.
The name reflects what we believe actually produces development: trust, unity, collaboration and long-term partnership. Successful projects are not delivered by transactions. They are delivered by relationships that survive the difficult year.
It is a deliberately high standard to name yourself after, and it is the one we ask to be measured against.
