Where we work, and why.

Nine sectors, selected on the same three tests. Each represents a place in the Bangladeshi economy where public priority, financeable structure and unforced demand meet.

Three tests, applied before anything else.

We are a small firm and we decline more work than we accept. The discipline that makes that possible is a narrow definition of where advisory effort actually converts into a delivered project.
01

Public policy priority

A sector where the state has an articulated programme, a budget line and an institution that owns delivery. Where none of those exist, private capital is asked to carry policy risk it has no way to price.

02

Financeability

A structure a lender or an investment committee will recognise: identifiable revenue, allocable risk, and a counterparty with the authority to sign. Expressions of interest are not a pipeline.

03

Genuine demand

Demand that exists whether or not the project is built — congestion already borne, cargo already queuing, power already imported. We do not work on demand that has first to be created.

A sector that passes all three is one where a well-prepared project has a route to close. A sector that passes two is one where a sponsor spends money learning why it did not. Most of the work we turn down fails on the second test — the structure exists as an ambition, but there is no party able to contract for it.

The nine below are held under continuous review. They are not a service list. They are the places where we believe the firm can be useful to a counterparty who has decided to be serious about Bangladesh.

Foreign Direct Investment

End-to-end facilitation for international capital entering Bangladesh — from jurisdictional structuring and regulatory approvals through to registration, repatriation planning and post-investment support.

Government-Backed & PPP Projects

Structuring and shepherding public-private partnership projects through Bangladesh’s PPP Authority framework — from unsolicited proposal through feasibility, procurement and financial close.

Mining & Natural Resources

Advisory across Bangladesh’s coal, limestone, hard rock, silica sand and gas condensate assets — licensing pathways, joint-venture structuring, and community and environmental engagement.

Civil Aviation & Aerospace

Partnership development across terminal capacity, maintenance and overhaul facilities, ground handling concessions, cargo logistics and training infrastructure.

Solar & Renewable Energy

Utility-scale solar, rooftop and floating solar, wind, and grid interconnection — land aggregation, power purchase agreements, tariff negotiation and concessional finance access.

AI Traffic Management & Smart Cities

AI-powered traffic management, adaptive signalling, enforcement systems, command-and-control centres and the wider smart-city data layer for Bangladesh’s congested metropolitan corridors.

Transport Infrastructure & Logistics

Highway and expressway concessions, rail modernisation, inland container depots, cold chain and multimodal freight corridors linking production to port.

Ports & Strategic Development

Terminal concessions, deep-sea port development, economic zone anchor tenancy and the strategic land and logistics assets that determine where trade actually flows.

Technology & Innovation

Data centres, connectivity, fintech and digital public infrastructure — the enabling layer beneath every other sector we work in, and increasingly the reason capital arrives at all.
